What i ment was Harley claims he made it for 1280x720.. Im certain i read that several times in the xface thread.
The dvd-covers doesnt look 100% on my display because i dont use 1280x720(or so ive been told) but since the reference.xml says the skin is 1366x768 im getting confused

And yeah i got a 40" LCD display.. If i had known that all HD films i watch had to be resized to fit the display i would have gone for a 1280x720 plasma. hehe

So if my TV res is 1280x720, should I change the refernce.xml? If so, I guess there would be more things to change in the way of centering?

Long episode titles overlap date information and get buggy when they start scrolling along the top bar. It flashes back and forth between title and nothing. I'm gonna try to make the font smaller and see if it fixes it. Also, every time I go back to the main screen from a series page it defaults back to my first series banner. Is there any way to fix this?

I dont belive it has any real purpose beyond informing you what res the skin has.

I am having a hard time seeing which series banner is selected in the grid.
Is there something I can change in the skin file that will
create a zoom effect on the selected series in the grid?
Basically so the highlighted series banner will grow about 1.5X

Zooming makes banners overlap each other.
You can try it out by changeing to:
<enableFocusZoom>yes</enableFocusZoom>
on row 474.
margind between the banners needs to be bigger for the zooming to work but I don't really wanna make them any smaller.

How come you don't see the difference? They're like crazy transparent!

If you change the reference.xml to 1280x720 you have to change like every png file in the Media folder and then like all xml files since positions won't be the same anymore. So I wouldn't do it.

You have that long episode names? What the hell?
I'd really appreciate some help with this, I've tried creating a new font for the top bar but the only font that works seems to be "dingbats" I can't even move the text up a few pixel without the text completely disappearing.

ok, this might be a bit of hard work, but it would be really nice, then again, it might even be impossible for the skinner to make something like this. But lets say that you have selected a serie in row 3, collumn 2(which would be in the middle), now do a zoom-effect on that series, and every series around it would have to shrink to make room for the bigger one. That would have been very nice, but I don't think its really doable, atleast without some serious modification to MediaPortal. but I don't know really.
