A year on and I'm also having this issue. Could it be triggered when we remote in to the server?

No idea. I can use MPExtended fine as long as I don't use WebMP. So basically I can set recordings on my phone, which is nice, but I can't stream to any PCs without using VPN.
AFAIK this issue has still not been fixed.
