    Great plugin, been using it for a long time now. Have you thought of any functionality that sends the show name to CouchPotato?

    The plugin already expose #selecteditem and other properties. I think it should be done by CouchPotato (or WiFiRemote).

    Bye,

    Hi Nephilim - getting an error in the mew 1.3 alpha
    MP cannot start the MTSA - appears every few seconds or so - can you please release an update :)
    Thanks

    #EDIT
    Found something a little fishy - it seems that MP couldn't find the MTSA - the path was correct, but the plugin simply couldn't see the mtsa.exe
    I re-ran the config, pointed it back to the MTSA, selected all the options and the cinemas and saved the config.
    It seems to be ok now (just doing a manual check.)

    I can't get the trailers to play. The following is in the error.log:

    Code:
    2012-08-01 16:03:20.629200 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: [MyShowtimes] VideoProxy could not be started: Access is denied
    2012-08-01 16:03:21.265200 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: VideoPlayer9: Failed to render file -> vmr9
    2012-08-01 16:03:21.621200 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: VideoPlayer9: Failed to render file -> vmr9

    If I open MediaPortal up with administrator privileges they work, but they don't without elevation.

    I've granted every entry full control over the MTSA folder and even moved it all out of C:\Program data\... just in case there was some fancy protection happening.

    Can anyone help me please, I don't know what to do!

    I guess you are using Win 7?
    If so - try changing the video rendering to EVR (MP config >> Codecs and Renderer >> Video Renderer tab)

    Thanks for the input SpudR, but I'm already outputting to the EVR. I'm also leaving all decoding up to direct show merits and have installed LAV filters + official quicktime player + quicktime lite. It plays fine when MePo is run with admin privileges, just not when run as a normal user.. :(
