I totally agree with ASiDiE - MANY people would welcome and are anxious to see additional work from Smirnuff.

Good job that both skins magically appeared from thin air and that nobody spent any time and effort creating them, no danger of offending anyone or even worse putting anyone off doing any additional skins for MP :shock:.

Give Raven and all other skinners the ability to do even more amazing things in their skins.

BTW, I agree that saying other skins are "ugly" is plain rude. Why not word it differently and say you prefer the look of raven's skins over metal. See how that sounds alot less rude and still gets your point across?

I'm delighted to hear Smirnuff is warming up to the idea of making more contributions to CVS. I'll try to please him as much as I possibly can!

I agree with previous poster. Please don't bash other people's work. I'm really glad you like what I'm doing but I think it's unfair and unnecessary to praise my work at the cost of others.

Also, I'm not sure that all these skins should be included in the package by default. A few skins should suffice giving the user the option to download more of his or hers own liking. With the pace at which new skins are developed there will soon be far too many to package them by default. I think a better approach would be to improve the process of browsing, downloading and installing skins.

"I could be totally wrong on this but maybe Smirnuff was hinting at some code that would automatically download new skins (and Plugins). This way we could include just 1 skin (bluetwo) and then once in MP you would have the option to download all the skins available. This way nobody is the bad guy when they say "I want this skin... but NOT this one" I would think we would want to keep the core product as small as possible and then allow you to download skins and plugins as you need/want them."

You are right ASiDiE, you are totally wrong on this one . I'm thinking more along the lines of enhancements to the skin engine so that peeps like Raven and Harley can do more in less time.

When gifted designers get together with gifted programmers to expand the things that can be done, the result will be really amazing.

If you decide to submit some code for it, I'm sure people will be very happy/thankfull
