I was looking at the code patch, and if I understand well, the Lookup table for series link schedule (_scheduleLastRecordingStarted) it's not saved between TvService restarts.
So could I have duplicated recordings of the same episode if I restart TvService ?

Thanks for that. This lookup table was put in as there is a bug in the scheduler that sometimes caused a series link recording to be spawned more than once.

Yes you're right, if you restarted tvservice whilst a series link programme was recording, it could cause it to be spawned again when it restarted. I'll add this bug to the to do list.

Yes you're right, if you restarted tvservice whilst a series link programme was recording, it could cause it to be spawned again when it restarted. I'll add this bug to the to do list.

Perhaps a solution would be not to use the lookup table, but adding the property SeriesId to the Recording object, and to check its existence on db before start a new Recording.

Hi Guys,

Everything has been working great for me until the weekend. I seem to have lost all EPG data for BBC 1 and BBC Four - all other channels are fine.

I have tried a manual grab, re booting etc but still no joy.

Seems odd to lose just two channels? Could SKY have changed something??

Hi,

The BBC moved a few transponders around last week in preperation for BBC 1 HD launching next wednesday.

A full scan should fix it or manually update the tuning details from here Search Results for - KingOfSat

Yes it is, it will mirror BBC1

I don't seem to pick up BBC One HD on a scan? Is it transmitting at the moment, or not until 3rd November?
