The problem is that the LAV audio codec is not able to connect anymore.
I suspect the issue is that it can't connect to the NVidia HDMI audio renderer.
Did you restart the PC after installing the driver update?

Re-install the LAV filters, the Nvidia driver update can screw up their settings, as I have found out myself.
Go to the desktop MP extentions installer, find the LAV filters and select uninstall, once done, reboot and only then reinstall, you should now have a working system again.
