cvs [checkout aborted]: connect to cvs.sourceforge.net:2401 failed: Ein Verbindungsversuch ist fehlgeschlagen, da die Gegenstelle nach einer bestimmten Zeitspanne nicht ordnungsgemäß reagiert hat, oder die hergestellte Verbindung war fehlerhaft, da der verbundene Host nicht reagiert hat.

    CVS ist auch etwas veraltet ;) Mediaportal wird seit einiger Zeit mit Subversion verwaltet. Lade dir "TortoiseSVN" (ein SVN-Client, der sich direkt in den Explorer einbindet) herunter und checke dann Mediaportal aus:

    1. Ordner anlegen, wo der Source-Code hin soll und in den Ordner wechseln
    2. Rechtsklick in den leeren Ordnerbereich und "SVN auschecken" aus dem Kontextmenü auswählen
    3. https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mediaportal/trunk/mediaportal auschecken

    Hallo wie geht den das jetzt?
    Ich habe mir TortoiseSVN geladen, die Adresse scheint sich ja in "http://mediaportal.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mediaportal/trunk/mediaportal/" geändert zu haben, aber wenn ich dies in TortoiseSVN eingebe bekomme ich einen Fehler:
    Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/viewvc/mediaportal/trunk/mediaportal'
    Error: PROPFIND of '/viewvc/mediaportal/trunk/mediaportal': 301 Moved (http://mediaportal.svn.sourceforge.net)

    Maybe the server is/was too busy when you tried to authenticate. I occasionally run into that too, also with the opensubtitles api I regularly get 429's... there isn't much that can be done about it, except making sure the software isn't hammering the service and having patience...
