Apparently the IMDB grabber is currently broken. So I fixed the images by using the original AMC program. It's only a short list, but hopefully enough for you to develop the skin files.

As an afterthought, if you want to test more extensively with a catalog of YOUR files, I can fix the images in your catalog file.

I can offer you a test DB if you want (with pictures and stuff). I also could offer helping with skinning. I'm still on 4.8 (I believe) not on the newest 4.9.
I already have working streamedMP skin files for that version which look quite ok so I think it won't be too hard to transform those for 4.9

The IMDB scrapper for AMC updater is not downloading cover art. You can try with another scrapper, like alpacine, or using the AMC program, that has hundreds of scripts working perfectly.
The easier for you would be create a folder with 2 or 3 fake .avi files

Is it possible to place the popup that comes up when the video is paused in MyTVSeries overlaying the video rather than under it at the bottom?

Because everytime after I paused the video I end up with a black bar where the episode info was at the bottom of the screen and my TV somehow doesn't correct this until I cycle trough the aspect ratio settings in MediaPortal. (I use original)

EDIT:
Seems it's an issue with my TV automatically changing aspect ratio since I tryed to reproduce it on another Monitor and it works like i would expect, not screwing up the aspect ration.

here attached there is a working ant xml collection for testing with the myfilms plugin and it also contains covers.

There's also a modified version of the streamedmp skinfile for the previous version which works really good for me!
It has to be fixed for the new version because the fanart handling while in the main page (list view) seems to be broken and the option use poster as fanart also, but in the movie details works perfect even with the new option of multiple fanart for the same movie.

Is there anyone that has a working skin for the 4.9 release of myFilms? I was able to modify the skin that worked for the prior release (v4.8) but I am having some issues (like no rotating fanart in any screen and exiting doesn't go to the basic home screen).

I hesitate to attach the my skin because I don't want others to grab it thinking it's a good mod. However, if it will help, let me know and I can attach anyway.

Great skin, been using it for ages now.
However wanted a look in TV Series with the widebanners list of shows combined with the poster view, without the txt list of shows. Think I've finally sussed it
