Didn't ry that. I will have a look tomorrow.

Oh, and I'm using myFilms for my DVD Collection via DVDProfiler. So it's pretty useful to me.

Edit: I checked, and he is right. No bigpictures in List or Filmstrip views in MyPictures

Made two more logos for the commonly used AAC and Vorbis audio codecs.

Should be straight forward to use but just toss the two attached .pngs in \skin\StreamedMP\Media\TVSeries\Logos\Misc

    Add lines:

    skin\StreamedMP\Media\TVSeries\Logos\Misc\AAC.png;-;<Episode.AudioCodec>;-;contains;-;AAC;-;AND;-;;-;=;-;;-;AND;-;;-;=;-;;-;<Restrict:Episode>

    skin\StreamedMP\Media\TVSeries\Logos\Misc\VORBIS.png;-;<Episode.AudioCodec>;-;contains;-;VORBIS;-;AND;-;;-;=;-;;-;AND;-;;-;=;-;;-;<Restrict:Episode>

to TVSeries.Skinsettings.xml or just copy the supplied one if you are using an unmodified skin setting file from 0.7.409.

Can someone please help me with making custom home screen backdrops or atleast have them so they change? I followed the instructions here on page 26 it was I think, where I go to basichome.xml and find the <Imagepath> and change it to <multiimage> and I entered the location that it specified, but when I started up mediaportal, I had no picture on my screen at all. Also, do I have to set every <Imagepath> for tv, movies, etc?

    Thanks

    Hi Fantaxp7

    1) run StreamedMP configurator and flag the option Random for every section you want.

    2) optional: you can edit the file basichome.xlm
    like this: <imagepath>C:\YOUR FOLDER IMAGE</imagepath>

    Regards ;)

Thank you, I tried it again and it worked. I guess I had read your previous post and empatic's where he said something about multiimage and I had screwed it up.

One more question: I noticed in the xml when I changed the background for movies, it also says dvd and video, is it possible to create backgrounds for each of those?

    Thanks

    Thank you for your response,

Originally I assumed that but my strings look like this...

    <description>TV SHOWS TV BACKGROUND</description>

    and

    <description>MOVIES VIDEOS DVD BACKGROUND</description>

So when I insert the image path, either tv and tv shows have the same images, and movies, dvd and videos have the same images...

i didn't like the way the overlay looked that was used in the 4TR Skin because It made some things very hard to read.

before it looked like this :

    TV before
    Recordings before

and after my changes it looks like this :

    TV after
    Recordings after

The Skin was using the mainoverlay.png and it just did not fit. I created a new overlay called 4TR_MainOverlay.png that is now used.
i've just edited a single line in the common.window.tv :

    <texture>mainoverlay.png</texture>

has been changed to my new file

    <texture>4TR_MainOverlay.png</texture>

the file can be downloaded here (needs to be put into the skin folder ...)

    Greetings
