I think by SubtitleDownloader. I also agree it is pretty useless, as well as selecting the scraper before download (why also if there's only one scraper selected) and showing the sub selection screen again after one is downloaded (I guess most people only need one, if they need more they should start process over).

Those are the only things wrong with this implementation in it's whole, besides that it's awesome

1. No, SubtitleDownloader doesn't know anything about Mediaportal. The dialog comes from TVSeries.

2. Subtitle selection shouldn't reappear after downloading, this was in gibman's patch but not in my implemenation and in official TVSeries.

Reinstalled the TVSeries plugin and reselected settings, but same problem.
Other sites work, except Podnapisi. I have no idea why.


EDIT: Reinstalled MediaPortal (I'm using beta + SVN). Same problem.

Anyone else having problems with Podnapisi?

Podnapisi was working yesterday evening and this morning.
MP stable + latest MPTvseries + Subdownloader 1.8

Yeah, I tried to resolve this issue with seco, but unfortunately we couldn't figure out what's wrong.

I still think it's because Podnapisi.net is Slovenian site, and somehow we access the site from different address (or something like that),
than people from other countries

Great module, really great! This makes life much easier

Is it also possible to add more subtitle sites to its functionality? Or are there plan to to this? Cause then I have a request for two sites:

Both sites don't have a (proper) API. On top of that, nlondertitels is offering multiple subtitles in a rar file instead of a directlink to the SRT.

Another Question:

How do I use this SubtitleDownloader 1.8. I downloaded it and placed both files in my media portal installation folder. How do I activate and configure it?

I want to use it for my movies i have in media potal.

The answer to that question is in the first post:

TVSeries / Moving Pictures

- TVSeries 2.5 and later has inbuilt support for SubtitleDownloader. TVSeries 2.5 ships with SubtitleDownloader 1.6. You can update SubtitleDownloader by copying latest SubtitleDownloader.dll to Mediaportal installation directory (overwrite the old .dll).

Podnapisi download is currently broken because changes in Podnapisi site. This is fixed in future 1.9 version.
