You were right. RTSP seems the Problem. UNC is working.

So here some new logs. Firewall was deactiveted on Client and Server, but still no luck.

I think you need to compare the server, the working and non-working client logs i.e. when the non-working client starts TV, does the TV server respond and start RTSP streaming ? (I'm not an expert in this area, just trying to help you debug it)

But first I'd sort out your mis-matched server/client versions.....
