SVN 15947 Hangs On Channel Change (1 Viewer)

OS: Windows XP SP2
DVB-C: TT C-1500
TV Server: Revision 15947

When changing channel from a FTA to non-FTA channel I receive the following problems;

a ) Audio changes but video does not,
b ) MP hangs (ctrl-alt-del needed to force exit)
c ) MP does not crash but MP error message pops up forcing me to close MP.

thats a TV-Server issue NOT mediaportal 0.2.3.0 RC2 -> moved

How do you know this is a TV Server issue and not MP? The TV server always remains active and never needs to be 'restarted' in windows services...? Just MP RC2 needs to be turned back on again...

you use TV-Server.

QA-forums are only for MP with included TV-Engine.

your issue is caused inside the clientplugin of the TV-Server, because it replaces the inbuld TV-section.

Ok thankyou . Atleast I now know myself this is definitely not a weird problem with MP RC2... I hope someone can point me in the right direction now as I've tried everything, and never used to get these problems...

btw. i am missing the mediaportal.log in your initial post, which would contain quite useful infos
do you use TSreader (created usetsreader.txt on c: )?

I am using TSreader yes... However the TSReader.log is blank...

changelog: tourette just added - TVE3 Fixed TsReader sometimes crashing when it encounters encrypted content - to MP-changelog!

try next build tomorrow
