Do you have any firewall or antivirus solution active?
Only W7 standard Firewall and Security Essential.
Same setup as before when everything was working.
I also had very long buffering times, audio and no video and a very non responsive system. I haven't tried the new splitter with my "production" system only my laptop with Win7 x64, MP1.2.3.0 and newest stable OV. On this computer I also have MSE installed as AV and thought that this is maybe the problem. I disabled the real time protection and SVT-Play got way more responsive!

Only one problem, old rtmp streams does not work any more. E.g. Homeland and Entourage. If this is a problem with the new splitter or the SVT-Play site, well I don't know. Will attach logs later on.

EDIT: to slow, nice link @georgius
    EDIT 2: Logs, I see
    Code:
    MPUrlSourceSplitter_Protocol_Mms: ParseUrl(): unsupported protocol 'rtmp'
Maybe because of the deleted MPUrlSourceSplitter_Protocol_Rtmp.dll?

Try to configure MS Security Essentials as in first post in this thread. It should help at least to performance issues. Then try again.
    Done that and (y).
    Now shorter buffering time.
BUT still the video stop after a few seconds while sound continue.

Yes :) Unfortunately, RTMP protocol is not compatible and also I'm reworking it to better handle streams (avoid downloading already downloaded parts, faster seeking), so please be patient.

Better times :) But can you increase MP logging verbosity to Debug and try again? I don't see used codecs in your logs.

Here you have with more extensive logging

    Edit:
Later I tested by changing codecs. I've always used Microsoft DTV-DVD, cause it had the best picture for video, especially very high bit rate video.
Now I tested LAV ( and ffdshow, ffdshow DXVA ) and it all worked (y)
    No stop for video.(y)
Only problem was for some videos when I forwarded 1-10 min. Then application froze.

So my question now is: which version of LAV should I use ?

LAV and ffdshow (DXVA) are better choice.

I'm using LAV 0.51.3 without any problem, but you can try latest LAV 0.53.2.

I didn't see any seekings in your logs. Can you make some logs with seeking?

Of course I couldn't repeat it. Now it's all working without problem even with forwarding.:)

    Two leasons learned:
    1. I now switched to LAV codec from Microsoft DTV-DVD
    2. You have done a great jobb.(y)

    PS Waiting for LIVE part

Latest version just commited to SVN. RTMP protocol should be working, fixed bad logging in decryption, fixed possible freeze on seeking (on all protocols). Live on SVT is not tested (probably not working) and still didn't fixed seeking on WinXP.

Thanks. Downloaded the latest SVN and it still works with the new streams, but I tested the "Entourage" stream (rtmp I guess)as mentioned by MinisterK earlier and it wont start. I have not tested these streams earlier. Logs attached. Running on XP

It's site parser problem, remote server returned error:
    Code:
Invalid tincan object name (stream ID: 1).

Latest version just commited to SVN. It should fix seeking problem on WinXP (@pellelkpg can you try?). Live on SVT still not tested, but it seems that live is limited to specific times and dates. I don't understand Swedish, so I need English translation for what is on SVT page.
