I've no problems with Viasat. How does your problems manifest? Is it a timeout problem, in this case you can configure a longer timeout in online videos settings or use the separate channels categories.

I don't know because I cannot repeat your problem. Start Mediaportal with the Watchdog, repeat your problem and upload your logs (and describe the steps taken).
