I don't know because I cannot repeat your problem. Start Mediaportal with the Watchdog, repeat your problem and upload your logs (and describe the steps taken).
I find it and hope I get it right? Attaches a zip file.
I'm start MediaPortal. Go to "Viasat" Select TV3 (as an example) and when I choose a episode, I get that message I wrote earlier.
