@mouse
If it bothers you so much you could try to merge the code and build it yourself.
Sorry but I wouldn't be offensive, I recognise you great support, my question was only to understand if was a TBS problem or only mepo dependent...
Peace

Can you provide log files to confirm the patch is applied correctly and recognises the tuner?

    Logfiles,,,
The patch that you've installed is not detecting the tuner as a TBS tuner.

Which patch have you installed? (Please provide a link.)
Have you installed the latest/newest driver for the tuner?
Are you using the DVB-T/T2 driver, or the combined DVB-C/T/T2 driver?

Can't find the combined DVB-C/T/T2 driver
    Ahhh, my mistake.
I see there's a combined driver for 6290 SE, but not for 6290.
Newest DVB-T/T2 driver should be 1.0.0.2:
TBS Download Center-Update the Latest Window & Linux Driver

    Don't use the MCNS driver.

The patch you linked is the correct one.
You could also use the tbsCIapi.dll from here (optional):
TBS: CI/CAM support and other improvements

Can you view the CAM menu with the latest TBS MCE CI tool?
...and can you view encrypted channels with tbsViewer?

Make sure you close all other software (including tbsViewer and TBS MCE CI tool) and restart the MediaPortal TV Server (TV Server Config -> manual control -> stop service ... start service) before trying to use the tuner with MediaPortal.
    This is very important. ;)

Tuner B can only find DVB-T2 channels

All other DVB-T mux, says No signal.
Channels seach working fine om tuner A
Maybe a faulty tuner, or maybe a signal strength/quality problem.
    I don't know.

Are you using an outdoor antenna/aerial?
Do you have splitters etc. connected to your antenna/aerial?

    1. I have the 6290SE tuner, but still I can't see any combined driver on the download page?
    2. Its seem old: "1.0.1.5 [2014-06-17].zip" ??
    3. The funny things is, that TBS MCE CI tool can se both CI modules, and CA + Smartcard
    4. tbsViewer, can't open any channels (My Anysee USB T2 work just fine with it) - Same things with DVBViewer (Things its the same program)
