What are the requirementes to update to this SVN? Any MP SVN in particular? because i've tested in a friend computer with an mp instalation (0.2.3.0 - without SVN) and it told me that was incompatible...

I have the following problem. When i have a TV series in the plug in and eg i only have one season and i don't have the rest, if later i download the next seasons 2,3,4 etc the Season Banner does not appear.

You mean you import season 1, then add an ep for season 2, it identfies it and everything but not get any new season banners? Will need to check, can you check manually if it downloads the physical banners for the new season?

Update:
- Size reduction of dll - more to come
- Fix: manual episode parser was using old api -> totally untested
- Change: Add channels to splittable fields (some series now seem to return more than one network)
- Add: Option to put the first returned logo into text-list modes for groups/episode - this was the default but is now disabled by default because many skins don't use it (move the thumb off screen) so it wastes alot of time for nothing -> make sure this is disable for a bit of a performance boost (disabled by default)
- Add: and just because it was so easy and can provide for some nice eye-candy, option to show grouped views using thumbnail panel (graphical view) - this is enabled by default....I only quickly checked but some skins may need some minor tweaking (Indigo ;-))
- Fix: added workaround for resume question not working.....it works again but is a bit ugly
- Add: Option to restrict a logo-rule to a specific ListLevel (Series/Season/Episode/Group) - for instance you may not want genre logos to show up except in genres group view
+ Some small perf things (prob. not noticable)

I just did a first try to update my old-api-version to thew newest SVN and got same problems:

1. Just loaded the config and hit "Start Import".
2. Recognized that he doesn't load german banners.
3. Hit "Abort".
4. Selected "Deutsch"
5. Hit "Start Import" and recognized that the aborted 1st import was still running and now I had two importers running parallel which resulted in have of my shows not having the german banners... another import didn't help on that issue.

At the not aborting import:
1. Start import
2. abort
3. close plugin config
4. re-open plugin config
5. wait a sec
6. import continues

Only closing the whole mp config panel stopped it.

Another issue:
With the changes of the TVDB in the encoding all my text data is broken. Even the directory names of the banners have the errors. The problem exists with the last SVN version before you implemented the api changes. Would a complete fresh setup fix this?

Edit: Nevermind... missed the other topic on the UTF-8 problems. So the old plugin version will not work with the correct encoding. Wouldn't it be the best solution to use the english names of the series or just the ID? With the encoding change the plugin just loaded all banners from series with special characters completly new from the DB and they are doubled on my HDD. ^^

Edit2: The changes in the banner names ("de" vs "14") leads to the issue that you either have the banners doubled or if you delete the old ones you still have the database entries. I can easily fix this in the SQL file, but this could be a problem for people updating their exitisting dbs.

I still can't get the series to sort the right way.

Most of the series are correctly sorted, but some random series are put at the bottom of the list.

3) dvd-ordering is supported (an in fact one major reason of the long delay) - absolute not yet, I wanna make sure dvd works first

any word on when absolute will be up and running. i have been waiting to upgrade since 2/3 of my shows are absolute numbered.

Kind of started to work on the Aeon (xephyr) port again so haven't finished that XML, it's still a mess.
