Anyone have some comments on how to fix this? Are keen to test some further native Tv on MePo2

I checked your logfiles above. The first set contains multiple error of type:

at Mediaportal.TV.Server.TVLibrary.TvController.ListAllCards()

The second set looks ok.

Can you please add the client's log files as well? Are you running client and server on same PC?

Just reinstalled VCredist without luck (also removed old 2008 edition) - New logs attached

You may need the 2008 and 2010 versions. Also, make sure you're installing the x86 (32 bit) versions. The 64 bit versions won't help.

Thru the natural progression of installs and MS updates, I have a number of versions installed
And this machine is less than a week old

Found the cause......dooh.....130 pending windows 7 updates! Installed.........Problem solved Thx

I can build a new version, but there are no TV related updates included. But there are few bugfixes and new features though
