In this case probably server side failed to tune or something like this. Please post MP2server log file

Sorry for the delay, I had to solve some other HTPC issues I was having first.

So here are the logs, both from client and server as well as TSReader log from MP1 folder.
I stopped the server service cleared the logs and started it again, then I tuned Channel "Sub" from TV Server Configuration and confirmed the timeshifting started, then I went to the client machine, cleared the logs and started MP2, tried to tune channel MTV3.

I'm still on Alpha 4.

Looks like an RTSP stream is not created on the server side.
[edit: ...but as far as I can see, tuning succeeded. We also need the TsWriter and streaming server log files please.]

I have not created a new installer yet, but you can save the plugins, install Anniversary Edition and copy plugins back. There are no newer versions yet.

the last one of the test build is a complete installer. can you give us only the plugins, please.

The newest files are linked in first post of this thread. You could use the plugins out of this build or be patient until next week when I am back from vacation

@mm1352000 Do you still want the other log files? If so I can provide new ones later today. And yes the timeshifting stops ater 1sec but I think that's beacuse it cannot connect with the client? I've had similar issues with MP1 recently but I think I got it all solved there by disabling IPv6 as well as using IP adress instead of dns names in RTSP settings.

I read in the release notes that "SlimTV plugin (both NativeTV and MPExtended) has been significantly improved since Alpha 4 release" is there a changelog?
I noticed Testbuilds for SlimTV using TVServer+MPExtended was updated about 1 hour ago, can we expect a NativeTV update as well today or do we have to wait until next week?

Yes, if you still have a problem. I can't help with the MP2 side of things, but I might be able to if the problem is server side in TVE.

Okay so here are the logs. The strange thing is that when I collected the logs this time the timeshifting actually kept on going and the client screen became black but the TsReader log on the client was filled with

memorybuffer:put full buffer

That's all in v2 folder.

I then started TV in MP1 just to make sure TV was still working on that client and then I redid the test and this time I again received "There is not player registered to play media item 'stream4.0'". This is in v3 folder.

Feels like I get a different error each time I try to collect the logs, and the logs are spread all over so it's kind of hard to provide a good logs and steps to reproduce.
