Okay, I suspect I know what the error is: some kind of DirectShow filter with bad registration (null name or device path). For now I can't provide a patch... but this problem is almost certainly already fixed in my latest code.

I had HUGE trouble with this plugin, but it was because on my Win 8.1 Update 1 x64 install, WinRAR unzipped and left the block info.
I solved this by using NirSoft AlternateStreamView tool. It is dead easy.

Just browse to the root of your MP install and let it scan. Then hightlight all the found files and press Remove.

I am trying to scan all my local ATSC channels but not all channels appear. Scan lists 50 channels. TV Channels lists 13.
Is it possible to generate a scanning log?

Just upgraded to Windows 8.1 X64 & MP2 with Slim TV from MP1 on Windows 7 X64. Previously I could receive all the HD channels available on Freesat now I an not getting BBC HD channels or Channel 4HD but it does have STV & UTV HD. I have tried completing a manual scan based on the info from the BBC website and finds nothing - any ideas appreciated.

Sat card is a TBS 6920 PCI-e card. Running the drivers from http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/document/tbs6920/tbs6920-windows-driver_v1.0.5.2.zip

I have also refreshed information within the app to try and resolve.
