Edit: tried today to make a log. TV just played on my client. So everything is ok.
I think a reboot or something helped a lot!

The first test build had disabled stretching, thats why subs look "smaller" than MP1. I enabled the existing behavior again, updated TsReader and DvbSub3 (thanks @chefkoch!!!). New version attached! It also enables full back to be transparent. This fixes black rectangle borders for my DvbSubs. Can you please make a new screenshot of same frame as in your previous post?

Here's a new screenshot, I would say that removing the "black rectangle borders" whatever that is made it worse for me. It's not so obvious from the same frame so I took another screenshot as well. The text is now corny, it's especially visible on the first part of the word "strattoa" which is in italic.

1. I have set my TV-card to grab EPG data. If its grabbing EPG and I try to start TV on a client it always fails. Manually starting timeshifting in SetupTV stops the epg grabbing and starts timeshifting.

Logs please.

Hmm...I think we have to ignore this for the moment as I cannot reproduce it now on demand. I have had issues that I cannot always start timeshifting from the client and everytime when I've looked epg grabbing has been ongoing. I will follow this and see what I kind find out. Thanks anyway.

Okay, so I think I'm on to something here. Everytime I start the MP2 server machine I get an error in the logs. And that's why I'm unable to watch live-tv (I haven't tested with recordings) from the client. If I stop the service and start it again everything works.

Sound like the default RTSP port (543) is not free, so binding to this port fails. Select another port in SetupTV and check again.

Hmm, so I changed to another port and restarted and did not get any errors in ServerError.log, but I was still unable to watch TV on client. So I changed back to default port 544 and restarted and did not get anything in ServerError.log now either, but still unable to watch TV on client without restaring the MP2 server service. I noticed I get another error in Server.log everytime after a reboot, but not after I restart the service:

Is it possible to import mp1 recordings into mp2 tv service? I'm not able to. They stay on the list...
And is it possible to enter the recordings map from the client tv plugin. From the left menu bar. Also not working for me..

Please add a new media source inside MP2 that points to your recordings folder. MP2 imports all videos in same way, only that recordings will get few more tags (channel, start time, end time). After import you can browse recordings inside TV -> Recordings section.

GetHostEntry() doesn't resolve the address anymore.
I recently switched from .NET v3.5 to v4.0 Client Profile and at first run GetHostEntry() got problem.
