All other seasons have no problem, but this season folder doesn't even show up on the import page... no idea why, it's the exact same structure as everything else.

You didn't provide proper log files, so no idea if the common problem occured with a mismatch at TheTVdB, because TV show ID = 263365 a lot of times matches false for the correct ID you want being ID = 78261. That other show doesn't have season 7, causing it to fail.
So just like you have no idea, without log files we have no idea either.

See attached... you'll see no reference to the S07 in the log, because it doesn't even show up in the main list... screenshots attached as well. If you need another log file let me know. Thanks for the help!

Log file is useless, because you did not capture the import of all 7 seasons, so I can see 6 seasons working and season 7 failing (and see why it failed).
Either that, or provide a folder+filename overview of everything you are trying to import, so I can create 0-byte files on my system and replicate your issue.

The import was months ago... so I'm sorry I don't have that log file anymore - unless it's stored somewhere else that I don't know about, let me know.

Ok, now problem becomes easy; the file structures are *NOT* the same.
S06 uses MP4 extension, S07 uses MV4 extension. The MV4 extension is not supported by default, so you have to add it.
You do this inside MediaPortal configuration -> [+] Videos -> Video Extensions -> type in .mv4 and click "Add", then "OK" out of the config, launch MediaPortal GUI and relax for a bit. The moment MP-TVSeries reaches the automatic import delay timer (unless you disabled this) it will import season 7 for you.
