So I have some data for kanal9 and tv4sport in my xml, but the description field is missing and only those two channals are missing in the guide.How can I fix this?

If you're using the TV Server you have to map the channel since you named it TV9 instead of Kanal 9.
I haven't used comhem as a source but if you'd like to change to dagenstv.com be sure to use the new grabber file which is not included in MP.

Thanks a lot! Somehow I must have overlooked mapping kanal9. Now it works grabbing kanal9 from dagenstv.com. It is strange though that I couldn't find the channel from Comhem.

The Comhem grabber is REALLY outdated and should be removed. You could probably use OneTelevision@kanal5.se from the Comhem grabber for Kanal 9 but why not use dagenstv instead?
There's 42 channels in the Comhem grabber which does no longer exist on their webpage and 20 channels on the web which is not in the grabber.

Thanks for the advice!I will follow your advice and change to dagenstv.com when I move to MP RC3 or 1.0. For now all channel data is correct. I am confused though - COMHEM is the grabber SITE, right? And WEBEPG is the actual GRABBER? You referred to COMHEM as "grabber"? Am I missing something? I find the whole grabbing thing somewhat confusing. In MP(server) I am never sure if the settings for EPG refer to digital TV grabbing or analog grabbing. Using the digital grabbing the guide is extracted from the digital TV stream?

Yea I meant Comhem grabber file in WebEPG
WebEPG comes with 5 grabber xml:s found in C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\WebEPG\grabbers\SE. www_comhem_se, www_tv-tabla_com and www_omtv_se is really outdated with 60-70 errors each. tvguide_boxer_se is OKish, 5 errors but it only got 41 channels compared to www_dagenstv_com's 154.

That's why you should use the dagenstv xml file from the link I provided earlier

There's two ways to get the TV Guide into MediaPortal.
1. DVB EPG will get the information in the data stream from the provider. Only works with digital TV.
2. xmltv will grab data from any web page. Your only choice if using analog TV.
Both are "digital" grabbing

Tuning parameters for C+ Film HD?

Hi all,

I just recently found out that the HD-channels are now working (atleast Canalplus Sport HD), but i have trouble getting the scan to find Canalplus Film HD. Would anyone be willing to give some help here, i used the tuning parameters for Comhem Stockholm but it doesnt find Canalplus Film HD in the scan... All the other channels (including HD channels) is no problem finding, only the c+ film-one...

Have been running my system with a viaccess cam for a long time but a whil ago i started to have problems with the channel is scrambled message appearing when i havn't used wathc tv for a while.
It helps to take out the cam and reinsert it but it bothered me enough to try and do something about it.

Since i heard the conax cam are suppose to work best with comhem i bought one of those but when I try it out it only works on the frist channel i watch if i switch the channel is scrabled comes up.
I tried in FDTV Viewer and the cam works great there.

Has anyone has expirions of the same problem?

What do you mean with "working", have Comhem removed the pairing?

From the manual/wiki:
"You can manually scan the following frequency to find all transponders: Frequency: 786000 Symbol Rate: 6875 Modulation: 256QAM "
