That is a fantastic question, I have never seen that before. Can you look in your plug-in folder to verify that there is only one copy of the mvoingpictures.dll file? A renamed file like movingpictures_old.dll might possibly cause a problem.

New version...same problem...
but i've found the reason....i use large DPI font for windows...so if i use standard dpi fonts all is ok, the icons are present...but for me large fonts are very important for use my htpc on 46" plasma and 4 meters of view distance...any solution? Thanks

Slightly off topic, beware changing the windows dpi setting can affect video playback, as well as some other side effects as you have found.
You might want to do a search on "change font size" for skin files.

Okay, I created an issue for this problem on our bug tracker, we will try to get it fixed for the next maintenance release of 0.7. If you star the issue over there you will receive email updates as progress is made. Thanks for the bug report luckyaua, and sorry for the trouble.
