Problem still exists with 16460 SVN, Vista logs attached but similar with XP and w2k.

Maybe the fix hasn't been included yet ?

Hmm, i am not quite sure about the logs.
    The error is completely different.
Did you test singleseat or multiseat.
Did you use SetupTV (start timeshift or "Preview" buttons) or MP to start timeshifting?

Single seat on VISTA32. Both SVN'16460.

MP client was timeshifting/viewing with subtitles .

The OS debugger kicks in and sometimes the Tvserver logs are incomplete and the actual error isn't shown.

What testing can I do to help?

Now i am totally confused
The last log entry in tv.log shows an error in setuptv but you said you were watching TV with MP?
Maybe this error is related to the subtitles. There still some issues with subtitle support in TVE3

When Tswriter crashes then TVsetup fails soon after.

Ill let the crash occur without TVsetup open and then post the logs .(if it does)

I'll disable the subs in a test aswell.

    Ok, now i understand :)
Do these crashes only occure if you enable "EPG grabbing while timeshifting"?
    AND
Does it only crash on certain channels or randomly?

BTW The bug i fixed seems really fixed. Yours seems to be another problem

The bug has only existed since the addition of the timeshifting EPG grab to the code. BUT the crash is evident when only 'idle EPG grab' is selected.

The crash seems random and no specific channel.

I've at least heared exactly the same from other users on IRC..

These logs of TSwriter crash are with EPG completly disabled and no subs, using TSreader.

    SVN 16460
