If you have the old TouchScreen plugin installed remove it from the process folder or rename the dll to something like .bak.

No luck with your new version sa_ddam213.
When I install it I can enter configuration and enter the configuration for your plugin, but when I start MP the plugin does not start. When I look in configuration afterwards the plugin seems to have gotten disabled.
I have tried looking at the logs, but that does not give me anything. Any ideas?
