tv is choppy or no picture (1 Viewer)

I am new to this program and i have no idea why it is not working. I have downloaded and installed all of the required software with no luck. i have a hauppauge tv tuner. the log files are provided. please help.:D

    Difficult to tell.
    Please update your user profile with your system specs. Maybe someone can then pick up a problem.

    In the mean time, have you tried different codecs?
    Also check for codec problems with filmerit.
