Hi,
Do you have the VCredist 2010 installed? (i.e. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555)

Hi, there is also no video in preview. VCredist says there is a newer version installed. If i select a channel, this small grey comes and then the window opens without picture.

OK....perhaps impatient of me I know, but went for a full reinstall....and now up and running once more. Have no idea what was at the root of this problem....still wondering if it may've been due to a Win11 update earlier this week?
