    Jeroen, uxDesign, can you post a tv server log file with "verbose" enabled?
    I had that already enabled, but it seems logs are rotated on daily base. But while checking the logs, i also noticed that (somehow...) there are series being moved. Only 1 recording that didn't go into the subfolder, but that's from 3-10, so no logs.

    I know i've been playing with the General Recording settings (toggled between series & movies, but both default) so maybe it has something to do with that (read something about it in PDF).
    For now it looks like it's working again, so when it 'breaks' again, i'll post the logs.

    Hi Huha

    I am sorry if this question is in the wrong place.

    I have recently start using TvWishList and find it a very good plug-in.
    I have found that - when I add a new entry from the MP client TvWishList menu option the 'Before Time' and 'After Time' are both set to 00:00. The search finds no valid entry.
    I manually change the values to a "real time" or Any before a search in such successful.

    What am I missing ???
    Best regards Kevin

    Caudron13, you need to set the time between 00:00 to 23:59 to get a valid interval. between 0:00 and 0:00 it cannot find anything. Or set it to any as you did.

    Hi Huha,

    Great plugin. Thanks. Just curious... where does TVWishList store all the wishlist entries? I can't find any promising looking files anywhere. I'm considering writien an app to allow remote management of the wish list, for example, when I'm away from home.

    Many thanks,
    Roy.

    Roy Menage,
    the data are store in the mysql tvserver database. If you use my backupsettings plugin you can export a xml file of those settings and look at them in ASCII. Look at everything starting with TvWishList.

    Hello All. New to Both Media portal and TV Wishlist. I really appreciate anyone's help with this. I have a rough idea on how to schedule with TV Wishlist but here is my quandary.

    I use zap2it to pull my EPG list and it saves it to the hard drive via XmlTv. It creates "tvguide.xml" I am trying to create a record in TV Wishlist that will only record "New" episodes of particular shows. So the way Zap2It creates the an entry for new episodes is that it adds "<new />" to the specific program in the .xml file. Example:

    XML:
    <programme start="20151228210000 -0500" stop="20151228220000 -0500" channel="I65342.labs.zap2it.com">
            <title lang="en">20/20 on ID Presents: Crime</title>
            <sub-title lang="en">Little Boy Lost</sub-title>
            <desc lang="en">Six-year-old Timmothy Pitzen disappears.</desc>
            <date>20151228</date>
            <episode-num system="dd_progid">EP02323206.0001</episode-num>
            <video>
                <aspect>16:9</aspect>
                <quality>HDTV</quality>
            </video>
            <new />
            <subtitles type="teletext" />
        </programme>
        <programme start="20151228220000 -0500" stop="20151228230000 -0500" channel="I65342.labs.zap2it.com">
            <title lang="en">Barbara Walters Presents American Scandals</title>
            <sub-title lang="en">Robert Blake: A Hollywood Hit</sub-title>
            <desc lang="en">Robert Blake is suspected of murder.</desc>
            <date>20151228</date>
            <episode-num system="dd_progid">EP02282414.0009</episode-num>
            <video>
                <aspect>16:9</aspect>
                <quality>HDTV</quality>
            </video>
            <new />
            <subtitles type="teletext" />
        </programme>
        <programme start="20151228230000 -0500" stop="20151229000000 -0500" channel="I65342.labs.zap2it.com">
            <title lang="en">48 Hours on ID</title>
            <sub-title lang="en">Last Chance for Freedom</sub-title>
            <desc lang="en">A convicted murderer may be innocent.</desc>
            <episode-num system="dd_progid">EP01248392.0312</episode-num>
            <video>
                <aspect>16:9</aspect>
                <quality>HDTV</quality>
            </video>
            <previously-shown />
            <subtitles type="teletext" />
        </programme>

    So how can I get TV Wishlist to copy episodes with that flag "ON".

    The other issue I noticed is that TV Wishlist does not capture the "episodename" because the xml file calls it <sub-title>. When the email is sent to me i get this:

    Code:
    NEW ENTRY
    Title=The Flash
    Description=Patty and Barry become closer.
    Channel=CWHD
    Start=12/29 at 20:00
    End=12/29 at 21:00
    Type=Conflicts
    Created=12/28 at 01:32

    NEW ENTRY
    Title=Fatal Vows
    Description=Millionaires hide a twisted rage.
    Channel=ID HD
    Start=01/02 at 22:00
    End=01/02 at 23:00
    Type=Conflicts
    Created=12/28 at 01:32

    How would I get the episode name to show and what does "Type=Conflicts" mean. Sorry for the long email!!! :unsure:

    So for the first one, here is a little tool for your episode problem

    Episodescanner

    After Tv Wish List create a shedule, episodescanner is scanning the shedules and rename it with the right episode name. For the other quest, i don't know, but i think huha have a answer for you.
