    Thanks :) But now another problem. The programm starts and I typed in the IP of my server. Then everything looks alright, but I cannot start watching a programm. VLC is installed. Any idea?

    But you can see your channels, right? It just doesn't start the tv stream? In that case your firewall might block the rtsp (video stream) port (554).

    Btw you don't need vlc for this version of the tvviewer.

    hmm mike replace 554

    string save = tvWebClient.SwitchTVServerToChannelAndGetStreamingUrl(UserNameStream1, channel.IdChannel);
    save = save.Replace(":554", "");
    MediaPlayer.Play(save);

    well, the program is in the program folder, but no shortcut in startmenu.

    a also hadnt installed the .net framework 4, after installation the exe starts, but freezes after clicking save.

    ok i noticed its just for whs users at the tvserver side.

    Yes there is no shortcut, it wasn't my interest to provide a fully working installer with everything possible. Instead i'm trying to find possible problems...

    The .net framework 4 is needed for some eyecandy.

    Last but not least, i'm unable to understand what your last sentence should mean...

    i do not use tv4home at a whs. i have a single seat installation with win 7. there was i error message fromm which i think, that the viewer is just useable with the full tv4home installation. i just use the webinterface from the german thread.
