TVGuide: Move current time more to the middle of the screen (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

dunno if this is a skin issue or MP core related, maybe you can give me a pointer:

How do I get the current time in TVGuide more to the middle of the screen? Currently for me, with a small 32" LCD I can most of the time not read whats running currently without scrolling left.

Any hints for me?

Should be tvguide_slider.png which I want to get more to the right on the screen...

Im pretty sure it's controlled by skin, however the tvguide skinning in mediaportal is very mysterious. MyTV is definitely not one of my specialties.

The problem here is that the time header background image template (ID 90) is directly connected to the TV Guide Panel (ID 2) which makes sense because time header must be in line with TV Guide Panel so user can estimate the time for a program from there.
Therefore, there is now way to move the time header background image to another X-position

What you could do is the following:
Let the texture in time header background image template (ID 90) empty, create a new image property with ID 0 and your texture (tvguide_slider.png) and try to position it where you want it

Aah, you mean the vertical slider showing the actual time?
That is tied to the actual time

Create a wider png of the slider so there is blank space before it.

@catavolt: to be honest, I am not so sure if I understood you correct. See my screenshot: I enter guide at 14.01 and the timeline starts with 14.00. So I cannot read the title on most current running shows. What I want is kind of more space to the left, so that e.g. in this case the timeline starts with 13.15.

Create a wider png of the slider so there is blank space before it.

I guess this could be the solution. Can .png save transparent "colour"? EDIT: Maybe one graphically talented guy could produce this tvguide_slider.png for me?!?
