If multisit configuration used with dedicated tvserver. TVServer uses video card resources or its not important to it (possible to use server without videocard)?
My TV Server is a headless box without either a screen or keyboard, it does however have an video output on the motherbaord. So, provided you do not want to watch anything on the TV Server and its being used purely as a recording engine plus delivery of recordings/movies/music etc to clients you can probably manage with just the onboard video.
Of course, to even build the server you need to be able to monitor the software installation, so make sure you have some monitor output ability!

Ok, so perhaps a solution, but not the "right" solution. On the client, within media portal configuration, under TV settings, advanced options, I switched to UNC paths instead of the default RSS, and it's working very well. Sure I had to figure out the paths, but no big deal.
Maybe helpful for someone in the future. Thanks for the...
