Thanks again MM for the hint. As posted before i allready followed your advice and deaktivated the DHCP for the Servers network adapter.
Therefore i'll have to go for the "delay-start-option".

I still have the problem, although i set the IP adress fixed to the adapter. After reviewing the service setting i also found the dependency of Network Connection.
Therefore the TVService shouldn't start before the network connection is done, correct?
Any ideas left on how to solve the issue?

The screenshot is in german, it shows the properties of the TV Services, Tab "Dependencies".
The Service is dependent of MySQL and Networkconnections..

    Hello again

It shouldn't... but for some reason that I can't explain, on some PCs it does... and I have not been able to find a better service to depend on.

Any ideas left on how to solve the issue?
Only the script to delay the TV service start as previously described.

    Regards,

have you tried ti set both MySQL and TVService to "automatic (delayed)" start? That setting helped me to reduce startup time at 65 seconds (compared to automatic start, not delayed).

That would probably work... but from previous reports automatic delayed start can take arbitrary time (maybe up to two minutes) before the service will actually be started, which may not be ideal. That's the only reason I mentioned the scripting approach (which has the same effect) first.
