    Same problem here =( My Mediaportal worked just fine (if I updated it like this 1.0.0 --> 1.0.1 --> 1.0.2) but I made clean/fresh install to 1.0.2 level and ow I have this same error (symptoms are 100% same what sarske have)

    And I also lost epg data. From TV-server (manual control) I can see that cards fetching EPG but nothing is shown on Mediaportal. I will start to check this issue more closely and send some logs to here. For now I can see that EPG grapping starts but it will be stopped almost immeadiatly after. I don't use any webEPG's etc. just from DVB-T and DVB-2S signal

    Is this a bug? And if so, is this accepted as a bug by Team Mediaportal? I'd like to know if this can be solved. Is there anything I can contribute to a solution?

    Yes, this seems to be a BIG bug =( My Mediaportal is almost useless now because everytime when I try to change a channel (which using different frequency or different TV-card example from dvb-2s -->dvb-t) I will get this no PMT error. Everything works just fine if I will stuck on same frequency area (only few channels).

    This is 1.0.2 error (clean/fresh install) if you just update older version, you don't have this issue so basically you have a remedy for this. I mean this bug seems to be on 1.0.2 channel scanning/tuning parameters. Everything works if you scan channels on 1.0.0 level and import those to 1.0.2 level.

    Anyone solved this problem on any other way?

    Cheers

    I have the same problem, it's a brand new win 7 x86 installation with just mediaportal installed. Works as described above, it seems to get stuck in a frequency range. (transponder).

    Those of you which use an analog card and get this issue, should check if the TV-Card offers "hardware mpeg2 encoding".
    If it does not, then it is a software-encoding card and you miss the required encoding codec.

    Again, this does just apply to analog cards!

    I have the same problem, it's a brand new win 7 x86 installation with just mediaportal installed.
    Win7 is NOT SUPPORTED.
    Vista + TV-Pack is NOT SUPPORTED.

    Support for both will start with MediaPortal 1.1.0.

    btw. i can not confirm this issue on dvb-s, -s2, -t here.

    I don't have any analog cards either:

    DVB-T --> Anysee E30 Plus ( 32 channels)
    DVB-2S --> Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV 2S (4 diseq ports used ~3200 channels)

    here (Finland) we don't even have analog channels anymore...

    GPU --> ATI HD4670 (hw acceleration enabled)

    This problem seems to be related to tuning/channel parameters. If I using "old" tuning information (example from 1.0.0) system behaves better but if I scan anything on 1.0.2 I will have this issue all the time...so if you update server from lower level it will propably work better but when you do fresh/clean install and scan channels, you will have a issue (atleast someone of us have)

    I prepared my own Thor 3/5 & Intelsat 10-02 at 0.8°W satellite .ini file (which I know at it works 100%, I just tested it in DvbViewer) and this evening I will do again clean installation, collect a logs and sent them to here.

    Just edit:

    I started to investigate how EPG data is sent and how it can be fetched from tv-broadcast. Actually it makes sense that if my channels are not properly defined, those are difficult to tune and also EPG grabber can't fetch any data. NIT, SDT, EIT, PAT etc. values...huh, anyway this is just speculation, need more info still...

    Here are logs...

    What I did:

    - clean/fresh install to 1.0.2 level. Complete cleanup from previous levels
    - tuned only dvb-t channels
    - setup EPG
    - try to switch channels (succesfully only 2-3 times after that whole TV-server jammed)
    - Stopped TV-server from resource manager (un-succesfully)
    - Got error message from TV-server (see picture)

    Here is another set from logs. This time a used default 0.8°W Thor 3,5 Intelsat 10-02.ini file. This file is not good because it can find only 133 channels (missing ~300)

    Also when I use this file I can't find any dvb-2s channels, for some reason scanner tries to use Tuningparameters\3.0°e telecom 2c-S2.ini file which doesn't even exists?! See logs...

    And again, can't tune any channels...
