Hi.
I'm just installing the new version. Deploy Tool asks me if I want to re- install. I say yes and, nothing... MP 1.4 is installed already -> No action. So I tried the packages in Temp\Deploy Dir. Now I can install.This is no big problem, seems related to similar version numbering...

First thing tested is the import of 1.3 export.xml. No error message, import went well. Next to try is import of MP 1.4 export.xml. No error message, import went well. Issue is fixed, at least for me, great.

Effectively, if you are already on 1.4 (pre release or not), i mean version tagged, new installer will not upgrade it but separate install will reinstall and plugin should be compatible

I know this, but deploy tool shows me an option to reinstall (not update!). This reinstall did not work also it should be working...

Yep that always the case and maybe need to be changed, reinstall = reinstall i agree with you

I've made a clean installation with your build from first post. Imported channels, channelgroups and schedules from 1.3.
Everything went well. I will try this a few days.
If no problems occur, I'll update my existing 1.3 installation.

Just a short question. Are there any fixes in 1.4 Pre-Release, that aren't included in your full installer?

1.4 Pre-Release should have more fixes, but i can't really confirm this.
