Be sure to:

• include full log files
• specify the date and time (can be approximate) when the crash occurred
• specify what you were doing when the crash occurred

To collect full log files, use the MediaPortal watchdog tool.

In this case, use option 3 to gather the existing log files into a zip file... then attach that zip file to the thread.
