Hello,

I have what I think is a simple question. When I have a new show recorded, it appears to never be available to WebMediaPortal unless I have the MediaPortal UI running. I would assume this is because it does the "run import" at some interval, since I see it run when I hit the TV shows screen.

I guess my question is can I just have my MPExtended Service running and then hit it with WebMediaPortal say from my iPad and just have new shows popup without having to always keep the MediaPortal UI running? Perhaps there is a way to call the run import outside of the UI somehow?

Thank you!

As it stands there is not a way to import without MP running, but the next release will allow for importing without MP

Thank you for your response, I look forward to the next version.

I do have another question if I may. I have an episode of Last Man Standing, although there is no info in thetvdb.com for season 3 for some reason, it still shows in MP, however it does not show in webmediaportal?

That is very odd. I really don't know how to answer that one.... maybe someone else here will.

I don't see any Navigation menu if I use not the Default Skin. With Default Skin everythins is fine.
Behaviour is equal on Windows 8 IE10 or ipad Safari. (look screenshots)

MPextended is running on a Windows 8 Maschine. (fresh Setup, no Installation probs).

Any ideas what i can do?
    Thanks

Have you been able to solve this? I have exactly the same problem.
