Updated iMON (Soundgraph) LCD Driver (3 Viewers)

The lates and the one before give me an error when i enter MP-config/Plugin section.

"MediaPortal.ProcessPlugins.MusicDBReorg.MusicDBReorg.
It's incompatible with the current MediaPortal version and won't be loaded"

I use 0.2.3.0.RC2 SVN from 22/9-07
and TVE3 SVN 22/9

The driver is based on SVN 09_19_2007....
I guess something has changed in the other plugins...
I'll rebuild it and post a new version soon.

i got the same messege on 0.2.2 so I unistalled the MP and installed the 0.2.3 RC2 without any SVN. the message did not apear anymore but the display still shows nothing :-(

Here is todays version...

Changed: Compiled against SVN 09_25_2007

WARNING: The music database changed sometime between 09/19/2007 (the version that iMONLCDg_09_24_2007 was built against) and 09/24/2007... If you are using v0.2.3RC2, use the last version, otherwise, use this version... If you are using a SVN version that you have compiled yourself, update your imonlcdg.cs file and recompile.

Did you run configure??? Did you select the right driver??

If you did, post your configuration.log and mediaportal.log...

What display hardware are you using???

Yes I did. I installed a clean version of MP 0.2.3 RC2 and installed the SVN 09.19.2007 and I installed the display driver again following your install .txt . The only thing, I can't configure the remote. No option found for that. There is also no automatic update running. (point 2,3) I have the ANTEC Fusion (Veris) V2 case.

For configuring the remote, you Need to install and patch the SoundGraph sotware... Instructions and patcher are available in the REMOTES section of the forum.

There is also no automatic update running. (point 2,3)

That is for the people using the SoundGraph software... no Antec updater right now.

Hmm... I don't see anything wrong in the logs... It is running and sending data to the display... and it doesn't seem to be throwing any errors...

Try shutting down the VFD process and then running MediaPortal.... It shouldn't make a difference, but just to be sure... give it a try and let me know... Also... try the 09_24_2007 version... it fixed some bugs with the VFD support...

Also... would you please copy the SG_RC.dll into your MediaPortal Directory, and configure the display type to Autodetect, then post the MediaPortal.log (so I can get the hardware and firmware ID'd for the Antec V2 hardware... Thanks.

Hi everyone...

I have been informed by JoeDalton that the current SVN has entered a stabilization phase in preparation for a release of v0.2.3.

This means that I will not be doing further development of the driver... The only further development I will do, until v0.2.3 is released and the next development cycle begins, will be bug fixes.

If you have any issues with the driver crashing, please let me know as soon as possible so that it can be fixed...

I have attached the source code for the current iMONLCDg , MatrixOrbital MX Series and MatrixOrbital GX series drivers. This code has been cleaned of extraneous code, experimental code and obsolete code and should be suitable for inclusion in SVN.
