No, there were problems. But I didn't install it from the installer. I just overwritten Core.dll in the official 1.16.0 Pre Realease installation with the one you suggested to Crix1990.
But when I intalled v295 full installer the problems were the same. Maybe I did something wrong.
Ok, I'll try to check in the evening full installers of v292 and others.

In one previous post, it was needed to install the madVR installer then replace the core.dll

This core.dll is based on madVR branch (you cannot directly use that file on top od 1.16.0 Pre Release, there is other change in it.

Yes, my bad
After the full installation the problems with Titan went away. I tried versions 292, 294 and 295. In V292 as you said there is a problem with dropped frames.
Just in case I supply logs.
