It´s in the context menu when watching TV 
Yep, but take these measurements with more than a grain of salt. Each TV card handles strength & quality differently so they don't really mean anything. You can not use it as a dish positioner help, as it will not show anything unless you are positioned exact (most cards need a lock onto the signal to even start working at all).
