Anyway to stream MP content over the net? Like say, to another PC and a Android phone? Everything from movies music, to TV.

Atm there are quite a few options, but not sure how mature/functional they are. I recoomend that you read some of the threads and ask there if it will fulfill your needs

I meant use MP client to try to spot how it's requesting streams for specific channels and then try to do the same with VLC.
TV Server development looks dead so I'm afraid you're going to have to figure that out by yourself if it's even possible.

I am in the process of setting up a legacy media player (Mede8er) which I happened to have laying around into my home cinema setup...
Looks like there's some kind of error regarding translations that I can't pinpoint about Subcentral. You'll find it in the log file I attached to my previous message.
