That's odd, are you running the latest Windows 10? Then again your graphics card is GT not a GTX, that could explain it.

Didn't test it with TV yet on this machine, can I debug this without an TV card by any chance?
Other issues were solved like it refusing to start MePo now and again (hanged at DX init) and explorer crashing or corrupting metro tiles, only difference with this install is that I wiped the disk and installed Win10 with all updates included.

I guess you could reproduce it with TV card. Would be easier though with TV Server and plugin installed.

I'm running 359.06 and had multiple crashes.
