1. I would like to be able to watch the movie trailer provided by trakt website as part of the context menu when I press F9 on a trakt movie in the trakt plugin

Support for this is added now, if trakt movies have a trailer then it will play directly in online-videos without needing to do an online search.

Awesome work, hopefully this feature will filter through into the skins for moving pictures so u can jump directly into trailers rather than having to do the online videos search. Is this feature possible to add to moving pictures at the skin level? ie/ if trakt trailer present play trakt trailer if not do an online videos search?

It's possible, would need to lookup trakt get the trailer then play it. Only difference is when you are in trakt you already have that information but in MovingPictures there is no database field which scrapes the trailer so you need to go fetch the url first.

so what your saying is that it would require changes to the moving pictures code for this to work? and can not be implemented with some clever skin code?

No, just saying that it will take an extra 1-2 secs because need to fetch the movie info from trakt since movingpics doesn't have the trailer.

cool , so i can request to change at the moving pictures skin level the "search online videos for trailers" button,
into a "play trailer on trakt using online videos, if not available then do an online videos search" button.

Not listed in poll but something I just added out of interest, that is filtering in the recommendation movie/show windows. Allows you to re-generate a list of 20 recommendations based on a few options: Genre, Hide Collected, Hide Watchlisted, Start Year, End Year.

The "Check In" function.

I know that function is primarily meant to be used for watching stuff on TV, but it's also nice to use for watching Blurays (external program) when you can't scrobble.

Right now I have made a MultiShortcut to the search on the trakt website, but I have to use the "mouse" on my remote to navigate the site, so it can take a while. It would be better with an easy and quicker method.

I think pody means the plugin Edalex. Perhaps we can add manual check-in feature once we add Search.
