Wich alpha do you mean? The one for MP 1.4.0? 
The dates on the roadmap don't telling you anything.. The software will being released when it is ready and not when the date on our roadmap is reached..
Nobody can give you an exact date of anything, but I can guarantee you that you will see a lot of nice things this year, so don't be disappointed!

TV Server plugins are listed on this page, and "EPG Cleaner" can be downloaded from this page.
