Win10 falls creators update problems watching videos (3 Viewers)

Still only works some of the time for me. About the same as the previous version I think.

That one is much better. Worked every time on playing the video, but black screen on stopping occasionally (only twice out of all the times I tried though - The last one in the log was one that failed)

I have noticed an error in log so i have comment out some code to see if it works ok and without error

I have left V5 on my live system and it has been completely stable so far (but obviously you want to get rid of the error)

Here my logs with v7. Started several videos with DRR switching from 50p to 23p and back. On start of two out of six I had a small flickering. others were ok.
