    Screenshots attached.
Hmm ... seems OK to me.
    And #WorldWeather.FeedEnabled=true ? (just checking ... ;))

Looks like my xml, but I don't use animations at that level. I assume you verified the feed in a browser?

Both feeds are working ok in a browser...at the moment I can't even get the feed description to show.

Maybe it's the "#WorldWeather.FeedEnabled=true"...where does that go? Am I missing the obvious?

EDIT: This is what I have in config...... Capture.PNG

    I'll take a peek. (y)
    Two additional comments:
    - I don't display the description so I really don't know if that works
    - when I was designing the screen I noticed that the size and position of textboxscrollup was important. Sometimes nothing showed up. If I moved the control or resized it, the text suddenly appeared!

Hmmm...very odd! The only real difference between your and mine is the <visible> property...I used yours but still no joy. Odd about the size of the text box too...I don't think this is my problem because I can't get the description to show either (although I will play around with the text box size to make sure)...I know it works because it was showing in ver 1.0. Do you have your entry in the "WorldWeather.xml" or the "WorldWeatherNormalCondition.xml"?

EDIT: Could it be a conflicting entry in one of the other xmls?
    No idea.
Hang on, and I will try your feed here

    EDIT:
Tried your first feed: http://www.metcheck.com/remote/clients/uk/rss/frontpage_UK.asp in WorldWeatherNormalCondition - configured as your WW setup.
Works fine here (with my xml)

Try this - just to see if is related to the feed or the control:

    Code:
    <!-- <label>#WorldWeather.Feed0Text</label>  -->
    <label>This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test - This is a test</label>
(comment out the visible tag as well)

You could also try to test with a fadelabel control instead of a textboxscrollup
