Would be nice to have World Weather Online - Global weather forecast and weather content provider as well, so that people can choose to register to api if they want to use it.

Any news on / chance for that?
5 days forecast, much better results than google and its free.
The API results are simple xml or csv files.

Registration is simple, so everyone could use its own api key.

Eh on HomeScreen there is shown the animated weather icons. When i enter the plugin screen there are static icons. Can i switch the static icons in animated icons ?

Is it possible to force a check for the updateinterval after wakeup from standby?
The way it works now is that after a wakeup e.g. on the next day the wrong information is displayed for a long time.

This has nothing to do with WorldWeather. This is a feature of StreamedMP.

Release Candidate of WorldWeather plugin v0.4.0 for MediaPortal v1.2.0 or higher

Dear community,
today I want to present you the first release candidate of WorldWeather v0.4.0.

List of plugin related changes since v0.3.9:

• trigger to refresh weather data after resuming added
• change timer/startup refresh routines to support the optional refresh of images
• optional functionality to switch between weather icon collections (for more information, see chapter 5 "Expert Configuration")

grubi: Please check the refresh routines in context with machine resuming
alfred: Automatic refresh of images has been disabled due to performance matters. With the new option "Force image updates" you can overwrite this behaviour.
Marduk65: Hope, the new feature of icon collections matches to your request.

Some translations (german, czech, spanish, francais) are not completed yet, hopefully the well known translators or other community members can support me here.
Please perform regression tests now, I want to publish the official release in the next week or latest, at next weekend. Bug reports are welcome, new feature requests must be postponed to the next release.
