Ok with the nightly build 0.4.3 i mean the error was gone, with "no internet connection" Ich achte später noch mal speziell drauf.

Dear community,
attached at the first post of this thread you can find the release candidate of WorldWeather v04.5. Let me summarize the changes since my last official release:

Plugin related changes:

• add thumbnail view for weather images
• add new zodiac routines and appropriate properties
• add World Weather Online provider support and required configuration dialog and GUI enhancements
• add configuration option to define a default location
• add refresh delay after system resume
• hardening to prevent exceptions if no weather profiles exists
• changes to feed routines regarding cleanup html tags
• add WorldWeather profile sample

Skin related changes:

• image facade changes to support thumbnail view
• rename view “StarrySky” to “Astronomy”
• a lot of new properties (ImageZodiac, ImageZodiacEnabled, TodayZodiac, TodayZodiacImage, TodayZodiacDateRange, TodayPrecipitation, TodayCloudCoverage, ForecastDayCount, ForecastDayWind, ForecastProvider, ForecastProviderImage)

If you would support me, please start your regression tests now. I want to publish this asap, because some new enhancements are waiting for merging. Thank you all for your support, especially to skinners, translators and users, which has posted interesting enhancement ideas and bugfix reports.

hi,
i updated my system to medpia portal 1.2.2 and installed your plugin. But if i search for citiys in the Plugin i just get the output " Would you like to set "Essen", as your location" or something like this. wheres the problem?
but first of all thanks for your great plugin

the problem: You did not read the manual...

As described, in the MP configuration you have to configure the plugin before; depending on the provider(s) you will have to enter a city code and/or postal code.

now all works fine, but my skin avalon shows no "icon" in the programmlist on homescreen. where i can define the icon?

Hi, you do not have do define it; you should find it in "Media folder" of the default skins (hover_worldwather.jpg).
Just copy it to you "Media" folder of your skin.
