XBMC Python Script (1 Viewer)

thank you very much, your favorites plugin is great,
I've installed the plugin and now the xbmc connect successfully and show the channels list, but the playback terminates immediately after starting.
I tried to use MP TV Client (https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...re-request-here-48/announce-mptvclient-18900/) but it also failed to connect with the mp.
The MediaPortal client connects and play correctly.
what is wrong?

Hi, I love the concept of having the xbox stream live TV, and have been using XBMC for a long time as my media player of choice. I installed MediaPortal on a desktop PC on my lan, and can happily watch tv on it. I also have a laptop and can use the client on it to watch TV from the desktop server (so I should have all the right ports open on my network). However, whenever I try to run the plugin from XBMC it can list the channel groups and channels, but if I try to watch a stream it always gives the error [ERROR:UnableToStartGraph] . Am I doing something wrong?
I've used the XBMC upgrader, so should have a pretty recent build on there, and I can happily stream any other content from the desktop. I've used the files in this thread, and have added the Video source as directed.
I also checked the channel frequencies in MediaPortal against WebScheduler & the Leadtek TV software I have, and some are off by 125, but if I change them manually in MediaPortal, the TV Server gives the graph error when trying to preview them. I'm lost.
Any ideas?

This is really an embarrassing admission to make – but I have looked and looked and I cannot find where the SVN repository is for the files required here. There are some links in an earlier post here but I have no way of telling how current they might be.

Please could someone tell me where they are?

Could not connect to network server

I get the error described in this message title when I try to start live tv plugin. I have followed the instructions in this thread (modified IP address to python file, set MediaPortal TV Server to have IP address instead of machine name, etc). I have latest XBMC for Windows and MediaPortal builds. Same happens both running locally in the TVServer machine, and remotely from my lap top. Log attached. Please help me if you can. Do I need to modify the port in the python file???

EDIT: With MediaPortal and MPTVClient I'm able to watch TV both locally and remote. With XBMC I'm also able to access all other video content from the same server, but no TV.

Hi there, I use this plugin on 3 xbox's now and absolutely love it. Still crashes occasionally, but not really a problem as I just reboot the xbox and off we go again. Is there any plan to continue development, I use the myTV plugin on XBMC to look at the EPG and would love to be able to toggle between the two. I noticed myTV has support for several different TV backends, not sure how hard it would be to implement the MP server in there.

Hi, is there any chance to get this plugin work on xbmc4windows?

I installed MP TV Server (1.0 RC2) and XBMC Plugin v. 0.3.0.0 + latest Version of
TVServer LiveTV (using TortoiseSVN) .
Changed SERVER_HOST in xbmcplugin_list.py but in xbmc i get always message
"could not connect to network serer".

In earlier Version of LiveTV plugin i could connect but there was only ~~stop timeshifting shown
and no Channels.

Seems to be the same problem Hetfield has? Pleas help, any suggestions???
