Hi all,
But the icons are more for mouseusers, if you use a remote you can go direkt to pictures, tv and music so no need to navigate to them.

I think he means, you can just use MP Setup and map buttons on remote to go directly to each plugin. Just as you would map a button for guide, you can map a button for anything else, tv, pic,movies.

1) Icons in basic home screen. The colors should be more simmilar beetwen them, right now it appears to have two groups of icons: Pictures and Music, and in other side, Plugins, Video and TV. The black parts should be in the same gamma and also may be that the metallic parts are too bright.

I was talking about the light and colours gamma, i'm sorry if i have not explained very well my idea, but sometimes my english is not good enought to express all my ideas.... But forget about it, tomorrow when i have a bit of time i'll send you corrected icons using the same palette,

Great skin! Looks even better than XBMC's Vision skin...

One request though:

Is it possible to change the default plugin picture in home screen(not basic)? TVseries, Play DVD and Trailers should have their own home screen arts when they are configured "listed in Home". All selections should have different pictures - much easier to keep them apart.

And possible a bug:

When starting MP, menu selections label are hidden. If I scroll up or down and back again, the label/text is back.

The highlighted selection label text are hidden... a little more precise!

..yes, homescreen is at the moment not in final stage, all plugins will become his own hover pictures. Perhaps i will change to icons instead of the pictures.

Hey Harley very nice job!

I was wondering if it's possible to set 8 rows of channels in the EPG just like BlueTwo? When you have 100+ channels you'll want as many rows as possible

Incredible skin, just discovered it through the MediaPortal frontpage - it is truly amazing. I had started using MediaPortal pretty much for SpinSafe Revolve, but now this takes the cake, I believe. Marvelous.

But I'm not just posting to give you my praises, I obviously have a question, and here it goes:

In the filmstrip views for Music and Videos, the animation when moving from one cover to the other isn't synced properly. the 'case' is off sync with the cover art. Spinsafe Revolve had the same problem with the Music Flimstrip view. Is it a problem because of my setup, or is it an unavoidable problem of using that effect in MP?

And well, if it can't be avoided, what would I need to do to remove the animation there altogether? because it makes such a perfectly slick skin look not so slick.

[edit] Also, the 'skip steps' during videos are most of the time impossible to see, pure black on the top right corner. if you watch a 2.35:1 ratio movie, they are simply invisible, and most of the time with even 16:9 material it's too dark to see. They should be made to look like the pause display, which is very readable.

I second this one, awsome skin but on a dark scene or crop you do not know how much time has been set...

Even a hint as to where to change the colour code would be great !!

Very very good skin.
2 questions:

1) videos/filmstrip mode, the thumbs are very lower resolution. I see it use ....jpeg images from C:\Programmi\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\Videos\Title (low resolution) instead ..L.jpg (high resolution).
SpeenSafeRevolve for example use the ..L.jpg and the thumbs in filmstrip mode are very good.
Is possible to use ..L.jpeg or directly folder.jpg images in Xface skin??

2) the teletex is unreadable.

This happens on my HTPC, too but it's only disturbing when accessing albums at the right border. When I switch albums in the middle and on the left side, the animation is ok.
